These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the personalized photo products services (the “Service”) provided by Piximum LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website, services, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Personalized Product Orders

All products offered by Piximum LLC are customized with user-provided photos, text, or designs.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the content you provide is accurate, correctly formatted, and of sufficient quality for printing. We will not be liable for errors in the final product resulting from low-resolution images, misspellings, or other issues present in the files you provide.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified due to the personalized nature of the product.

 

2. Image Rights and Intellectual Property

By uploading or providing any images or content, you confirm that you own all necessary rights or have obtained proper licenses and permissions to use the content for the purpose of personalizing the product.

You represent and warrant that the content you provide does not violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to refuse to print any content that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of our content policies.

 

3. Production and Delivery

Standard production times vary depending on the product, but most orders are completed within 10 business days after the order is confirmed. Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method.

We will make reasonable efforts to meet expected delivery timelines, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failures, supply shortages, or shipping carrier delays.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

• Delivery in Yerevan: A delivery fee of 1,200 AMD applies to all orders within the capital city of Yerevan.
• Delivery to Other Regions: A delivery fee of 2,000 AMD applies to all orders delivered to regions outside Yerevan.
• Free Shipping: For orders exceeding 30,000 AMD, free shipping across all locations.

 

4. Product Quality

We use high-quality materials and printing processes. However, there may be slight variations in color, cropping, or placement of images due to the nature of the printing process.

If you are dissatisfied with the product quality due to defects in materials or production, you may request a replacement or refund within 1 days of receiving your order, subject to our return policy (see Section 6).

 

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in AMD and are subject to change without notice. The total cost of your order will be displayed before checkout, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept payment via [credit cards, debit cards, idram, fastshift, telcell, etc.].

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your order or contact you to arrange for payment of the correct amount.

 

6. Return and Refund Policy

Personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of defective items or production errors.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 1 day of receipt with photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or issue a refund.

All refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

 

7. User Conduct

You agree to use our Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are prohibited from uploading or using content that is defamatory, obscene, or that promotes violence or hate.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these rules or engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Piximum LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Service or products.

Our total liability for any claims related to our products or services will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

 

9. Privacy Policy

10. Intellectual Property Rights

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Jurisdiction.
